Macleay Vocational College, Has been awarded a Telstra Everyone Connected Grant for $10000 to spend in 2013, thank you to Nadeen Crowe for her support and assistance, the College has purchased Three new Data Projectors, Two with interactive capabilities!

2013 Sydney Royal Easter Show Results, Macleay Vocational College has secured a number of Class wins for Golden and Silver Sebright’s as well as winning the Best Silver Sebright MALE and the Best Sebright MALE at the 2013 Sydney Royal Easter Show last week. We also managed second place in the School's Poultry Class for Bantams’ and amassed SIX first places, Three Second places and another three Third places. Congratulations to Shane Wilson for his success and dedication. We would also like to acknowledge the success of Victory in Choice and former College Principal Jann Eason for her success being awarded Champion Silver Sebright and Champion Sebright. The Macleay Valley Workplace Learning Centre Inc. is a not-for-profit, community based education and training provider. It is a Registered Training Organisation and a non-systemic independent vocational high school for Years 9-12, known as the Macleay Vocational College.

The Macleay Valley Workplace Learning Centre Inc. has successfully delivered school-based and labour market programs since 1992. Our mission is to provide quality education and training for young people in NSW. We commit to:

  • Programs based on knowledge and skills recognised by the industry and the education sector

  • Participants learning through a combination of workplace and school / tertiary based training

  • Active participation throughout the programs

  • All programs being competency based and delivered by appropriately qualified trainers
